If you have a guest requiring the use of a Visitor Parking space for more than 48 HRS (2 days), in one week, please fill out the form below for review by the Board.
In an effort to comply with Park West II Lots 1-61 CC&R's and Rules & Regulations, and hopefully curb violation issues, the Board would like to take a proactive approach to visitor parking needs that might fall outside of property limitations.
Please remember, community area is shared by All residents, and although extenuating circumstances may arise, we are obligated to follow our governing documents:
– “Ownership of each lot shall entitle the owner or owners thereof to use of not more than two automobile parking spaces.”
– “Two (2) carport parking spaces are assigned for exclusive use by each unit.”
– “Homeowners' [residents'] cars may not be parked in guest parking area.”
– “Damage to any Common Area property by Homeowner, Tenant, Guest, including their children, will be the finacial responsibility of the Homeowner.”
– “Owners must provide management company with make, model, and license plate numbers of their vehicles. For rental units the same information must be furnished.”
Any Visitor granted authorization for temporary extended visitor parking area use, will now have the same requirements. Vehicle information provides a layer of safety for our community as well as eliminates the guesswork of which vehicles are unauthorized--signage is posted at each entrance warning that no unauthorized parking is allowed.
Parking violations will be enforced. Per Fire Code, NO street parking or double-parking is permissible.
For full list of regulations can be found in Rule/Governing Documents."
