PARKING

Please remember, per Fire Code, NO street parking can be permitted. Additional parking limitations can be found under "Rules/Governing Documents" (available without login), and the recent clarifications found in January Meeting Minutes (available to property owners; requires login to your account).

WASTE REMOVAL

Trash pickup is every Tuesd ay. Recycle pickup is every Thursday. Pickup times are usually between 1-3PM.

In order to avoid extra fees:

1. Lids must close completely.
2. NO garbage is to be left outside of bins.
3. NO contaminants present. 

Recycling: Focus on clean, un-bagged bottles, cans, paper (NO SHREDDED PAPER), and cardboard ONLY to protect from contamination and avoid fees. NO PLASTIC BAGS or PLASTIC WRAPPERS IN RECYCLE BINS.

You can find receptacles at Target and some grocery stores to recycle your plastic bags.
